Once you have been to visit us and find a car that meets your requirements,
you may wish to reserve the vehicle and a part payment / deposit
will be required to remove the car from sale.
We normally require a minimum non-returnable £250 deposit
for cars up to £5,000, and £500 for cars over £5,000.
You may of course pay any amount over this that you choose up to
the full agreed price for the car. Deposits can be paid by cash,
credit card or cheque.
On payment of your deposit the car will be removed from sale and
where necessary final preparation, servicing, MOT etc carried out.
Where appropriate our cars are HPI checked and all cars taken in
part exchange are similarly checked.
Once the car is ready for you to collect and you have arranged your
insurance cover ( we can normally suggest a number of Classic Car
Insurance Brokers ), the balance of payment will be needed.
We do not release cars without receipt of cleared funds in full.
Payment can be made by any number of means including Cash, Bank
Draft, Building Society Cheque, Bank to Bank Direct Transfer, Personal
or Company Cheques ( these will need to be cleared before collection
of vehicle ) or Credit Card ( a small percentage charge will have
to be made to cover the Credit Card Company commission charge ).
Most customers prefer to collect their new acquisition but we can
normally quote for delivery at competitive prices.
Please note again, deposits are not refundable if you change your
mind or have difficulty raising the balance, but we may allow the
deposit against another car purchased within 6 months.
